Once you have your card, if we are more conveniently located to you, we can also set Wharton Public Library as your primary location for picking up holds. We apologize for any inconvenience.
DVD's and magazines may only be borrowed by patrons aged 14 and older.
Courtesy cards are available for out-of-county residents who are employed in Wharton, and do not have a library card from a participating Open Borrowing Library.
Any patron outside the MAIN service area may purchase a library card for $250 ($225 for patrons aged 65 and older) per year, per person.
If a library card is lost, there is a $1.50 replacement fee.
