The Friends of the Wharton Public Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of people in our community who support the library through membership, volunteering and fundraising. The Friends have provided: free passes to The Morris Museum and the Imagine That!!! children's museum, all of the Library's licensing fees for movie screenings, magazine subscriptions, all Disney DVD movies, and a new A/V system for our movie screenings. The Friends welcome new members for only $10.00 a year. Donations are always welcome!
The Friends usually meet in the library on the 4th Tuesday of every month, at 12:00 p.m. Membership does not require attendance at meetings. Our next meeting will be held October 28th, 2025 at 12:00 PM. |
